Information We Collect

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and the display name you provide. Account authentication is managed by our platform provider.
• Company information you submit: When you create a project, you may submit your company name, website, industry, and target audience.
• Competitor information you submit: You may add competitor names and website URLs to be analyzed.
• Free-text input: The in-app AI analyst accepts free-text questions you type.
• Generated results: AI-generated analysis and insights about competitors are produced and stored in your account.
• Technical and usage information: Basic technical and usage information may be collected for operating and securing the service.

We do not currently collect uploaded files or images through the product.

How We Use Information

• Providing and operating the competitive intelligence product.
• Authenticating your account and maintaining your session.
• Generating AI analysis and research based on the companies and competitors you submit.
• Saving your projects, competitors, and generated results.
• Responding to support, privacy, and accessibility requests.
• Maintaining security and preventing abuse.
• Measuring and improving the service.
• Complying with legal obligations.

Artificial Intelligence

This product uses artificial intelligence to research and analyze companies and competitors. Information you submit, including company names, website URLs, competitor details, and free-text questions, may be processed through third-party AI infrastructure.

Some AI features use web search and grounding, meaning relevant information you submit (such as a company or competitor website) may be used to perform web research.

We cannot guarantee that information submitted to AI services is kept confidential. Do not submit:

• Passwords or authentication credentials
• Highly sensitive personal information
• Confidential client information
• Trade secrets
• Information you are not authorized to share

Third-Party Services

The product relies on third-party infrastructure, including:

• Base44 — hosting, database, authentication, and the AI integration layer.
• AI providers — third-party AI models (such as Anthropic Claude) used to generate analysis, accessed through the Base44 platform.
• Google — web search and grounding for AI research, and font/logo delivery.

These providers may process information as part of delivering their services, and may be subject to their own privacy and retention practices.

Analytics and Measurement

We may use standard analytics, product intelligence, and measurement tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Mixpanel, or similar services). These tools may process usage, device, acquisition, technical, or interaction information. They are not used to intentionally transmit your submitted content, prompts, or confidential text.

Cookies and Browser Storage

The service uses browser storage technologies (such as localStorage or cookies) to maintain your authentication session and operate the product. Analytics tools, if used, may also set cookies. We do not currently display a cookie consent banner because we rely only on strictly necessary session storage; this may change as the service evolves.

Data Retention

Your projects, competitors, AI-generated results, and account information are retained until you or the operator delete them, or until they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, security, and provider retention requirements. We do not currently apply automatic retention limits. Because there is no self-service account deletion yet, please submit deletion requests through our contact form.

Your Control Over Your Data

You can archive projects from within the app. At this time, the product does not offer self-service deletion of your account or of individual AI-generated records. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, please use our contact form and select "Privacy / Data Request."

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored with third-party providers.

International Processing

Because our third-party infrastructure may operate internationally, your information may be processed and stored outside of Israel, including in countries that may have different data protection laws.

Children

The service is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed at children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. We encourage you to review it periodically.
