Our Commitment

Get The Gap is committed to making the service as accessible as possible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are working to improve the accessibility of the product over time.

Measures Implemented

  • Semantic HTML structure and heading hierarchy to support screen readers.
  • Keyboard navigation for interactive elements and forms.
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
  • A skip-to-main-content link on key pages.
  • Accessible labels associated with form fields.
  • ARIA labels for icon-only controls.
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences where animations are used.

Known Limitations

The service is continuously evolving, and some areas may still present accessibility barriers. We have not independently verified full compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, Israeli Standard 5568, or Israeli accessibility law, and we do not claim such compliance.

Reporting Accessibility Problems

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know through our contact form and select "Accessibility." We will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues and, where feasible, provide an accessible alternative.
